Ordering
MyGlamour.ch aims to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
Articles are sold via the Internet shop at www.myglamour.ch. Orders will not be accepted by telephone or in writing. Customers receive an order confirmation by email after order process has been completed.
Right of return
An article can be returned within 7 days, provided that it has not been worn, used or damaged. It will only be accepted back if
- returned in the original packaging
- there are no apparent traces of use
- no labels have been removed
After an article has been inspected, the total purchase price will be refunded.
Please note the merchandise value when sending the article back and retain the post office receipt.
Delivery costs can not be refunded.
Any costs borne by customer for the return of articles can not be refunded!
MyGlamour.ch reserves the right to deny the refund of products which do not comply with the above-mentioned conditions.
Claims
Claims must be filed within 5 days after receipt of delivery/delivery date by e-mail or post (A-priority).

The prices which apply are those listed on our Internet shop at the time of ordering! Obvious errors are excluded.
